Felix started his career in the film industry working for a video marketing agency. Meanwhile he worked on his early projects including serving as Director of Photography for various music videos. His work on Blau ist Vergessen (2023) earned a nomination for “Best Cinematography” and “Best VFX” at the Jugendfilmschau BW in 2024.
His debut fictional film, Mut zum Zug (2024), showcased his skills as a writer, producer, director, and director of photography. The film won “Best Short, Age 19-27” at the Jung & Abgedreht Filmfestival in Hanau and was selected for multiple national and international short film festivals, including Zuger Filmtage and Jugendfilmschau BW, where it received nominations for “Best Screenplay” and “Best Actor.”
His latest work as Director of Photography was on the short film project Nova (AT). Together with director Jan Heim and gaffer Leroy Münch, Felix developed a unique visual style for the drama.
